Guest Services
Our guest hotel services personnel can accommodate all of your special needs. We offer the following guest hotel services to all of our visitors:
- Business Services - Fax and photocopying services are available at the Front Desk for a nominal charge. Our Business Center provides modem lines, computer access, and a printer. Please inquire at the front desk for access and fee information.
- Park Store - Open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily, featuring a wide selection of gift items and personal care products, as well as refreshments.
- Parking - Parking is provided in designated areas. Disabled parking is available. Courtesy Parking Permits are available for individuals with special needs. Roadways in the State Park are considered state highways. Speeding and parking laws are enforced; violators will be cited. Speed limit in the park is 10 MPH when conditions permit. You may park only in designated parking spaces. Handicapped parking is enforced. Please do not use handicapped spaces for loading and unloading.
- Porter - Asilomar's jitney (an on-grounds only shuttle service) is available to transport individuals anywhere on the grounds. Priority is always given to the elderly and disabled.
- ATM – Located within the Asilomar's Phoebe A. Hearst Social Hall.
- Safe Deposit Boxes – Available at the front desk.
- Telephones – Located throughout the grounds, and house telephones are in each building for on-grounds calls.
- Flowers - If you need flowers for a special occasion, a gift sent to a guest, a reservation, activity arrangements or transportation to the airport, our Front Desk associates are available to meet your needs, 24 hours a day.
