No need to stress over organizing your reunion - Asilomar's professional in-house catering services staff will expertly handle all your food and beverage needs. Group packages include a Gathering Room appropriate for the size of your group plus three meals per day: chef's choice, full course, or fixed menu. Themed meals are also available and include Luaus, Ethnic Cuisine and Barbecues. With advance notification, our culinary team will gladly prepare a customized menu with your dietary specifications in mind. With all of your dining needs met, you can focus on devoting quality time with your friends and family.

Harmonizing with its surroundings, Asilomar Conference Grounds has played host to thousands of groups since its first campsite meeting in 1913. Now greeting groups of five to 1,000, the grounds features 38 private meeting rooms, from the 850-seat Merrill Hall to the intimate 10-seat living rooms found in most guest room lodges. Since all function rooms are within walking distance of each other, meetings can begin in the spacious auditorium halls, and then convene to smaller rooms for breakout sessions.
